Extremely difficult to get hold of this resort via any channel. I had a question about checking in late and called at least three times and messaged without getting any feedback. I took my chance and went there and as I started getting automated notification of check in process looked like I could get in late. I wish they had answered me and stress me given they are so far into long Island to find out something you wanted is not available or possible. Their communication was very well organized after that and was able to find my room and get in. The room is just as pictured and perfect. The room has heating and cooling which is perfect. The view is marvelous and the sound of the ocean outside is just majestic. The hotel is few steps from the sandy beach which is again a great plus. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely return.

We had such an amazing stay in October! We had an almost 80° day and we're able to enjoy stepping right onto the beach along with camp hero and the town of Montauk. Had a studio facing the water and was able to get some work done on the porch. Very relaxing... calming and worth the price for after the summer season. The only downside is there is no one at the front desk after 5...your on your own but a phone number is provided just in case!

The beach is what you pay for here. Can’t beat the location and they let tot schedule when you would like chairs and umbrellas put out which was a nice touch. The housekeeping staff is wonderful. The front desk is not super friendly. Loved the pool. The room is definitely basic and during summer you’re going to overpay.

Large, with 1 bedroom and a couch bed. Both beds are comfortable. Good kitchen and bathroom. Nice view and beach access.

We stayed in room 39. Ground level, ocean view( but just barely visible). Way overpriced at almost $600/night. Bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. They came the next day and said that other than laying some comforters under the sheets, there was nothing else they could do. These "rooms" are individually owned by a third party. It looks like the stuff they don't want in their house anymore they dump here. The room was terrible. There was also so many "plug-ins" scented all over the room. What smell were they trying to mask? We left a day early, they said "no way" for a refund.

The beach is the only thing nice on this property... extremely dark property... nobody works on the property after 9PM ( scary) no food or drinks on the property.... no service on property.. SOS on my phone the whole time .. WiFi in and out... rooms "updated tile" but rusty and dirty everything else... bed so uncomfortable I think it broke my back I didn't sleep for 2 days... the bed is practically at the front door lol so uncomfortable! I also have weird bumps on my arms that haven't left yet and I checked out almost a week ago!! The staff super unfriendly... the guy at the beach was so rude to us.. 3 women with 3 toddlers who had a reservation for 6 chairs 2 umbrellas... the guy couldn't be any ruder and we tipped him... I filled out check out survey trying to get my complaints addressed and everyone ignored me! Book somewhere else I would never go back!! We booked St Tropez one bedroom.. partial oceanfront view...the pictures online do not portray the right image!

Had a wonderful experience at this resort. My room was beach front and very spacious. The rooms are newly renovated and not out dated at all. The kitchen also made a quick meal simple and easy. I would absolutely recommend this place for a weekend getaway or even a summer vacation. There’s also plenty of restaurants and things to do in the area. I went on the off season and had a great time so I can only imagine how great it is in the summer ! 5 stars! I will definitely be back.

We had an amazing time. We loved our room and more so the ocean view! Close enough to restaurants and market for groceries, but we preferred being a little more isolated. Having the full kitchen helped, especially traveling with kids. The manager and staff were super nice and helpful. Definitely look forward to staying here again. We stayed off-season which helped with a more quiet atmosphere and more affordable rates.
